New site, how to manage or revoke license

Hi Themeco.

I recently shut down a bunch og old sites and started a new one. I cant validate the new X site, and it prompts me to manage my licenses. I feel fairl comfident Ive done that, and I still cant validate. Please help.

Hi Jonathan,

Please note that we answer the tickets in chronological order - oldest ones first. You might get quicker answers at times depending on the volume of ticket we are getting. Also, bumping your own thread will push it back to the queue which will more likely increase your waiting time in getting a response.

What error message are you getting when you are trying to validate the new website.? Kindly double check on your licenses page and make sure that you update the domain/website associated with the licenses so that they will validate properly.
