New sidebar doesn't appear

Good evening.
I have set on Layout and Design “Content Layout= Content Left, Sidebar Right”, and I have created a new sidebar, named “Il Libro”.
I put in it some widget to try if it worked well or not, for example a calendar and a text field.
I have chosen a specific page where I wanted that sidebar, on my page named “Il Libro”, because I want tu put in the sidebar a list of the book’s capitols. But it doesn’t appear at all.
Can you help me, please?

Hi There,

Upon checking the Il Libro page, I could see that the page template of that page is: Blank - Container | Header, Footer.

Please change the page template: Default template or Layout - Content Left, Sidebar Right
