New Shortcut?

Hey folks,

Getting used to the new Pro builder (the whole kitchen sink is in there isn’t it!) but wanted to see if there is a shortcut to jump into Pro/Cornerstone. In the past, we were able to append ?cornerstone=1 to the back of any URL and load the /x/content/[page-ID]. This was super helpful in fixing small stuff, without having to navigate all the way into the WP backend, find the little Edit with Pro link, etc.

My sense is that the goal with the update is to have us work almost exclusively inside X/Pro (hence the super heavy first load), but it’d be really nice if there was a command like ?cornerstone=1 to jump into the builder from the front-end.

Hi Luke,

Regretfully, that technique isn’t used anymore, but if you have the admin bar enabled there’s a menu for Pro and the first sub link will let you edit the current page assuming it was created in Cornerstone. Similarly, links will appear to edit any Header, Footer, or Layout detected on the current URL.
