Hi,
I have just started building my site, yet the Google Site Kit plugin shows that my pages are very slow. The Page Speed data says the Total Blocking Time is 960 ms and Largest Contentful Paint is 9.8 s. Both are poor.

So, I am thinking of installing some “optimizer” plugins. I’ve looked at Wp-Optimize, EWWW Image Optimizer, Smush, Autooptimize. Also Cloudlare and Cloudinary. But apart from the first 3, other ones have a lot of negative reviews and complains of “breaking” their sites. Do you think I should use these plugins? Can you recommend one or two - from the mentioned ones or anything else? Do you think I should use Cloudflare (it has the highest numbers of complains among the ones I mentioned)? Does any of these plugins conflict with X?

It will be very difficult to suggest you on any 3rd Party plugins, I would suggest you go through the following article on how you can increase your page speed in WordPress
