New page builder completely broken

Cornerstone page builder is not working anymore for my site: “A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.” Even if I revert to yesterday’s version, I get the same error, which tells me it’s nothing to do with my site, but something related to this theme.

If I upgrade to the “improved” X Theme, all my existing content is completely broken and misaligned, as it appears your theme is not backward compatible.

And even if I’m willing to rebuild my site from scratch, the new Cornerstone just doesn’t work - even something as simple as adding a background image is completely broken.

Even your own “example” designs are based on “classic” Cornerstone options that have been removed.

Thanks for writing in! Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• X theme 5.2.5
• Cornerstone 2.1.7

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And if you are using CloudFlare, purge your site cache and make sure that you are using the recommended CloudFlare settings which can be found here: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/
