Not sure why this is a new issue for our theme. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for asking. 
Upon login I cleared the W3 Total cache and after that I opened the website front page. Further inspecting the page I don’t see the problem that’s mentioned in ticket. Here’s a screencast. I suggest you to please clear cache and try loading the website again. In case problem is still there your end, please share some screenshots or video screencast to better assist you on this matter.
