New Mobile Responsive Issues with Headlines

I just noticed this issue with the site on mobile.
There’s no custom CSS that should change the size or orientation of the headlines on mobile devices.

Can you explain what is going on here and how to fix it?

Hi Jesse,

Thank you for writing in, the issue is actually happening on desktop as well. And it seems a caching related issue because if you append ?nocache=1 on the URL, you got the correct size and position of the headlines.

Please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache).

Cheers!

Clearing the cache in WPEngine, WPRocket, and the Browser doesn’t change anything, It is still loading badly on browsers and mobile devices.

Hi Jesse,

Seems the structure for the Headline elements was not loaded properly, and the content shows outside the Headline element tag.
Currently, it’s loading with the correct structure and shows the proper output.

We found that the p and strong tag has been added into the Headline element and that causes the output in this way.
I would suggest you remove those HTML tags and style the same using the Headline elements attributes.

Hope it helps
Thanks

I didn’t apply those tags manually, i just used the edit function in the live text instead of the left hand side editor to add the strong effect. I changed it to just use the bold font in the headline editor and it appears to have resolved. Can you please verify it’s resolved on your end as well?

Hi Jesse,

Yes, it does looks fine now.

Cheers!
