New Mec feature in "4.95"

hi

it says that there is a new feature in the new release:

  • Added: Mass email feature in attendees menu so admin can send mass email for selected attendees of a certain event at a specific date

how do you do this I can’t find attendee menu and I can’t find any guides on MEC. the support in MEC is still Wack since there trying to install new ticketing system questions never seem to get answered.
