New license won't validate

I have a brand new license purchased on Envato - it won’t validate. It says:
Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

I did register the code and assigned the domain on my account license page.

Would you mind providing which purchase key? You can provide it along with your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note.

You have assigned your purchase key in the wrong site. If you’ll check your license page, the domain assigned has no host word in it. But in your provided credentials, it has. Please correct them and re-validate it again.
