New License not working

I just purchased a license for Xpro. It show up in https://theme.co/apex/licenses but it wont work on the website. I get an error that is is being used on another site. I just completed the purchase so it couldn’t be in use on another site.
Please help. Would you like me to enter the license here so you can fix this problem?

Hey There,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hey there,

The assigned site had to be removed from your production list from: https://theme.co/apex/licenses

Once removed from production so therefore there’s no link there, I was able to then go to the WordPress dashboard --> X and validate the licence for you.

I’m having the same issue, but I’ve put the correct website in here: https://theme.co/apex/licenses
a9cebca5-d065-47fa-b007-07ad444bbb84 but it doesn’t work.

Hello there,

It looks like you have installed the X Theme, but you haven’t activated this yet

You would need to activate the X Theme to use the Purchase Code against the Cornerstone product.

You wouldn’t be able to use the Cornerstone product without X being active unfortunately unless you use our standalone Cornerstone plugin as featured here:
