New License not being recognized despite correct path to WP 6.2

We just bought a new license but the validation is not working. We have been using Cornerstone / X-Theme for 18-24 months and it was working fine until a few days ago. – Please advise.

I have checked your account and it seems that only 1 license is added. If you just purchased a new one, it should be added in your Themeco account and the site URL must be assigned to the license code first before you can use the license code to validate the theme in that URL.

  • See the secure note below if it is the site that you are trying to validate.

Be also advised that you cannot use the X theme or Pro theme to validate the Cornerstone plugin if you are using a different theme. You will need to buy a separate plugin license to be able to validate Cornerstone.
