New header. No plus icon

Looks like the plus-icon disappeared… I have no option to create a header.How to create one?

It looks like the + Plus Icon is grayed out in your screenshot. It’s beside the Cornerstone logo.

Would you mind sharing the following info to help us diagnose the issue?

1. Domain name of the site with issue
2. Exact steps to replicate the issue
