New Envira Gallery not showing in Cornerstone

Hello,

My site is at www.abundantearth.net.au

I am trying to create a simple image gallery for recent projects. I’d like the Gallery page to have a clickable image for each of four projects that when clicked, visitors can view all photos of that particular project.

I have create four Envira image galleries and then created an album called ‘Our projects’ that includes these four albums.

When I go to the Gallery page itself and insert the Envira Gallery element, there is no gallery available to select. I also tried to create an Essential Grid thinking that perhaps I could insert the image album into this but that didn’t work either.

What have I missed?

Thanks for writing in!

I checked your gallery page and can see that the gallery and envira element doesn’t seem to be working correctly.
The galleries doesn’t show in the dropdown.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thanks for your reply. I have deactivated all plug-ins with exception to Envira Gallery, Essential Grid and UberMenu3. Now I can even load the page to edit in Cornerstone.

Hey Jenny,

Would you mind reinstalling Envira. I see you’re using version 1.8.1 licensed version and the latest supported version in X is 1.8.0. Your version might not be compatible.

First, backup your site and all your galleries. Then, deactivate and delete Envira and then go X > Validation and install Envira from there.

If that does not help, please give us FTP access.
