I have changed the url www.avocadobarbali.com to www.theavocadofactory.com as my client now wants this domain. This new domain is using the old domains hosting and files. Is there any issues with licensing or anything like that.

You can update you the domain attached to a license here.
Then you can validate the theme of the new domain.
