New clone website, pictures (headers) not showing

Hello,

i have a website https://metronik.si/resitve/avtomatizacija-klimatizacije-in-energetike-v-industriji/

I created a clone using wp migrate and a premium extension.
Now the new (testing) website is not working corectly … What should we do?
Is there an option to set permalinks or something like that?

I created a clone on a domain - https://okolje.planetdevet.si/resitve/avtomatizacija-klimatizacije-in-energetike-v-industriji/ (link to a page where the header picture shoudl appear)

Hey Luka,

Sorry to hear that you’re having an issue with the migrated site. The background image markup is empty in the frontend as well as in the builder though the image was set. This means there’s a problem with the background image output which persists even creating a new section and setting an image background.

With that said, this is an issue with the server setup. What the specific cause is still unknown to me so we need to investigate further. That will take time though so would you mind test migrating to a different server setup. I mean you’re currently using Litespeed server. would you mind migrating to Apache or Nginx?

Please also give us the following info in a Secure Note.

• FTP details for the current setup with issue.
• WordPress Login URL
• WP Admin username and password (please set a new one as you have posted credentials publicly and which means other people could now login to your test site)

I wouldn’t mind migrating to Apache but I believe that this can be sortet out…

Hey Luka,

The FTP login works but the folder is empty. Please connect the FTP user to the WP install.

Also, you posted credentials publicly but I believe you don’t mind other people logging in to the test server so I won’t delete the credentials anymore.

If posting the credentials was a mistake, please immediately update all the credentials and post the new credentials in a Secure Note

Hi Luka,

Are you sure that this (https://okolje.planetdevet.si/resitve/avtomatizacija-klimatizacije-in-energetike-v-industriji/) is a copy of your live site? Your live site has the latest version of X and Cornerstone, while that clone site has an out dated (6.5.5) version of X. If that is really a clone of your live site and get that result, then I would advise that you redo your migration process to have a clean slate.

If you don’t want to redo the migration, try updating your X theme to the latest version.

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
