New build no theme options

hey guys, I am a bit behind on the updates but I would have thought I could do a new build and still work it out. The appearance section > customize > use theme X options gives me a blank cornerstone page. I am looking to set the theme options colours site logo etc instead I get a blank cornerstone page

Thanks for reaching out.
All the menu items and options have been removed and put into a single window from where you can create the Page, Posts, and set the Theme Options. Please find the screenshot describing, you can also go to the Theme Options by clicking the option shown under the Appearance > Customize.
