New archive layout gives page not found error

I’m losing my mind…

I have created archive layouts before with few problems. I am trying to create a new one and if I try to view it by entering the slug in the URL, I get page not found error. It views perfectly fine in the Cornerstone page builder, but will not view on the front end. What am I doing wrong now

Thanks for writing in! You will have to make sure that the archive layout has been assigned so that it will display on the front end. If that is not the case, we would love to check your layout. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

I checked the archive layout and it seems that it is working fine on my end. By withdrawing the post, I believe you already have resolved the issue. If the issue still exists, you can let us know.
