New Archive build not showing a blank starter page

Hello there,

I am trying to create a new blog archive and the page is not blank but is showing the home page with the black Edit Page border.

I tried to add an archive template from the library - a message popped up saying this was viewable at the bottom of the page but it is not.

How do I get the blank starter page to appear?

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your setting it seems that you have not set the blog post page, in order to get the blog post archive layout you need to set the post page from the WordPress dashboard —>Settings —>Reading —>Post page. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.
