hello support, this problem does not concern X theme, but i believe you have experts who can advise me. my WIFI signal is excellent but the problem is i can access sites like google youtube and facebook but cant access some sites particularly my WordPress admin and my site home page. However, when i try another source Like a modem, its connecting fine. what could be the problem? thanks in advance.

It could be caused by different things.
Please try to load your site in Incognito mode then see if you are able to access it. Also, try restarting your modem. You may also check with your hosting provider and see if your IP address was blacklisted from accessing you site.
