Hello. Can you please tell me how to add a menu item that is not a page or anything other than a way to next menu items beneath it?

I want to have a top level menu item called, “Portfolios” but not have any page or post associated with it. Instead, when a user mouses over that item, I want a number of sub-menus to pop up, like “Healthcare Portfolio”, “Marketing Portfolio”, etc, with each of them connected to a specific page. Thank you.

Hello Kenny,

Thanks for posting! You can go to Appearance > Menus and edit your menu. You can simply insert a custom link with # as the href and then insert sub-menu items below it.
