Neither 'The Grid' nor 'Essential Grid' plugins displaying Instagram feeds

Hi Themeco Support!

On any client’s sites w/the latest version of Pro, the instagram feed via ‘The Grid’ plugin, is down/messed up. It was down, but it’s back up, only displaying video-only content nothing like the grid editor’s preview. Here’s 2 client sites using exaclty the same ‘grid settings’ getting two different looks. One with older version of Pro is fine, one with newer version of Pro should look like the other (normal grid):

Any idea as to how I can fix this?

I’ve checked both sites and this is how I can see the grid on the first site:

and on the second one:

Both looks fine for me “not messed up”, the reason why they are looking different is because of using difference skins on both grids, I’m not sure if the skin is the only thing you see different here, could you please share some screenshot as well?

So sorry for this- we got this fixed by simply ‘re-creating’ a new grid on the Ranger Proof Swag site, AFTER already submitting this support request, and forgot to cancel this ticket! Thanks for your reply!

Instagram is making a lot of changes, and we’re going to upgrade Pro for other sites w/older versions in staging first to see how ‘The Grid’ IG Feed reacts.
