Negative margin on header template

Hi there,

I used one of the header templates from design cloud and I then duplicated it so that I could modify it for use on other pages. However there seems to be some negative margin applied to it that was useful on the homepage but I can’t work out how to remove it from the other pages. Can you help please? The link is goo.gl/d77fws so you can see what I mean.

Hi there,

Please set the initial position of the bar after the blue bar in the header to Relative.
