NEED URGENT HELP, Issues with theme upgrading

Hello i’am having issues with theme upgrading from 7.2.3 to 9.0.8 and cornerstone from 4.2.3 to 6.0.8.

You will notice a lot of additional cornerstone shortcodes adding at the end of the page

Hi @Atilus,

Thank you for writing in, please check the following first:

  • Try to deactivate and delete the Cornerstone, it seems it was not installed properly. Then reinstall it again.

  • Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.

  • Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

Thank you, i tried as suggested, but it didn’t work, so i have sent a secure note!

Hello @Atilus,

I checked your page setting it seems that it is an issue of broken HTML. I would suggest you go to the Cornerstone page builder —> Go to the “Mobile Newsletter Signup” section and Text element. I would suggest you please delete the Text element and then check the page. It seems that there is some HTML or CSS syntax error.
