Need tutorial how to create menu similar to a specific website

Hi,

I am very new to X theme. I could not find any tutorials. I saw only “knowledge base”.

I would like to build a page to look like home page of LeadPages i.e. https://www.leadpages.net

Where should I learn from in order to be able to build my home page like that i.e.

  • Background of the first part of content is homogenous with menu’s background.
  • When scroll up, the top menu is fixed and its background changed (to a predefined colour).
