Need to Speed Up Website

Hello support,

My page speed load is very slow and I losing customers for my site: https://soundshockaudio.com/

I am not 100% sure, but I think that the essential grid is slowing down the site.

I have some pages of my site where there are 5+ pages of essential grid items like here: https://soundshockaudio.com/free-compressor-vst-plugins/

I have two questions:

1. Is there an alternative to essential grid that works well with the Pro theme and uses separate web pages to display all of the grid results?
2. Are there any themeco developers that can be hired to help with website speed?
