I have been having a lot of issues with Xtheme since updating Wordpress, and I want to get a fresh install of Xtheme. When I upload the theme again, it gives me an error saying the file already exists. Is there a way to reinstall? Also, can I save my current site as a template, so I can re-upload it?
I’m trying this on a staging site, and I have purchased another license, but it won’t allow me to authenticate. When I got to authenticate, the whole screen turns white. Thank you for your help
I think I may have found a solution by following this thread:
Glad it helped! That’s half the reason I come to boards if for future documentation.
So yeah, try deleting Cornerstone and reinstalling. Looks like that was the solution that fixed the white screen.
