We’ve gone through a business name change (I am the business owner on both). Prior to doing so - we opened a new account in the new company name - and now we have TWO accounts, and additionally I have one personal account. I’d like to consolidate all three of them (and their products) into a single account. How do I go about doing that?

Hi Chris,
Firstly, you may choose one account out of the three where you want all the licenses to be in.
Next, login to the other two accounts and go to the licenses page. You should see a lock icon beside the licenses. Click on the lock icon to unlock the licenses. Unlocking a license means you are freeing the license so that it can be transferred to another account. Login to the main account and reregister the unlocked license from there.
