For that you either need to know how to edit a header (more HTML and CSS than anything else) or buy PRO instead of X, but yes, you can achieve that look.

Thanks for posting in! You can replicate the page contents. The header and footer needs customizations if you are using X theme. For best results, please follow @Elpanda13’s advise and use Pro theme instead because with Pro theme, you will have custom header and footer builders which will help you create the header and footer easily without adding any template modifications.
