Need to Downgrade X Themeco

Hi There,

We upgraded X Themeco for our site migrate.fossilgroup.com. After upgrading few customization are not working. So we are looking to downgrade X Themeco. Please help me with below queries,

  1. Is there any direct option to downgrade it.
  2. Is there any issues/implications if we downgrade it.
    3.if yes, what will be the implications.

Thanks for reaching out.
There is no direct option to downgrade the X, you need to deactivate and delete the installed version by activating any other theme. And then you can download the available Previous version from your Themeco Account dashboard to install it.

Alternatively, if you have the backup of your website, you can restore it from the backup taken just before you update the X.
