Need to associate a license key to our account

I believe this was supposed to have been taken care of the last time we contacted you. We are trying to update theme for our client IGC. They have a dev URL and a live URL

Is it possible our client or a developer paid for the license and not us (Executionists). Please advise. We just want to update the theme for our clients on dev and live.

I have screenshots to share but I don’t see a way to attach them.

Hi there,

I moved the purchase key information to a secure note so that it will not be public. Would you please also send us the username of your client in the themeco and the URL/User/Pass of the Wordpress installation on both dev and live versions using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case?

Is there a way to find out which domain(s) that key is associated with? I’m sure that one of our dev team put that key into the site when it was developed and I’m trying to figure this out. Thanks!

You can check which domain is connected to your licenses when you go to the license section in your account. Please check it out here:
https://theme.co/apex/licenses

We have purchased these 2 license for this project: InternationalGymanstics.com.
I think there must be an error in your database on the license keys. We don’t want to have to buy it again.

Hello There,

Your other license is not yet added to your account. You will have to add it by clicking the “register license” right in your licenses section (https://theme.co/apex/licenses).

I can’t seem to register the licenses. It says they are already registered to an account. I think you might have an error in your database because we purchased the licenses.

I moved the screenshot you have given to the secure note as it was showing the purchase key publicly.

I checked your user licenses page and I see that the license in question is already added to your account and is assigned to a live and staging website.

Kindly open up new threads for additional questions as it will help us to focus on each issue and give you a better support which you deserve. Having a long threads makes the maintaining job harder and also it will be harder for the other customers to find the correct information if they have similar issues. You are always welcomed to reply to this thread to follow up the same question.
