A client is looking for a look like Calm. Can X do this? If so, what stack/template can do it?

That is possible in X but would require custom development. It’s best to use Pro for that because you’ll need the Header and Footer builder to achieve the changing header on scroll, menu overlay effect and the footer layout.
The stack is not relevant if we talk about the page only.
