Need theme license transferred to a new account

I have an X Pro license that needs to be transferred to a new account. Can provide details in a private message.

No, you don’t need anything else. Please make sure you have unlocked the license that you want to transfer. After you’ve unlocked the license your buyer can now Register that license to his/her own account. As you have already registered to his/her account. Please confirm from your buyer end If it doesn’t work then please write to us.

They don’t have an account yet.
The problem is they can’t create an account because they haven’t purchased a license.
The account details I provided were for you to create the account for us.
I need you to create the account with the credentials provided because we have no way of doing it on our end.
Then I need the license transferred to the new account (the one you just created)

Can you use the credentials provided in the previous message:

• to create an account for them
• transfer the license to that new account

Notify me once complete. I will confirm the account is set up and has that transferred license, then pass along the login credentials to them

Hi @zacdezac,

Please unlock the License from your account dashboard and then you can ask them to create the account with the License key in place of Purchase code.
In this way, you will be able to transfer the License to them.
