I’m setting up posts so that when the user clicks on the featured image on the front end it links to another URL. For instance, we have a church website we’re building. We have sermons loaded in another place like dropbox. When the user clicks on the the landing page of posts, we’d like that post to open a specific sermon. I have the first one set up using Redirection plugin to do it, but it’s far too complex for the site owner to use. Are there any options for this?

You can use the ACF Pro plugin and create a custom field for the link or other data that you want. You can then use the data from the custom fields in your custom single layout to be able to accomplish what you have in mind.

Thanks for the reply. I installed and looked over the documentation, but not seeing any info on how to accomplish what I’m trying to do. Do you have any ideas on how to do this?
