Need Pagination on Multiple Pages. Are Multiple Archives possible?

My main need is pagination on 3 separate pages/post feeds. I have the WP Blog page set to Page 1, is there a way to apply this function to Page 2 & 3?

Thanks for reaching out.
The Archive page set as a Blog Page will show all the posts through the pagination, and there is no need to set multiple archive pages. Can you please explain why the other pages are required?
