Need New Account to Transfer License Over to Client

I did it again. I was automatically logged into apex when I bought a license for a client. I need to create a new account so I can transfer the Pro license over to the new client I have. It doesn’t allow me to create account since it is tied to mine.

Thanks for reaching out.

Anyone should able to create a new account given that they have their purchase code. All you have to do is unlock the license from your account (License section) and give that license to your new client. Then they can use it for the account creation.

Just click the unlock icon, once unlocked, it’s ready for transfer.
