Need license transferred

Hello, My old developer has unlocked the license to transfer over to me and I have the key, but don’t know where to input this information to make the transfer?

Hi @summerinnanen,

To add an unlocked license into your Themeco account, please go to Themeco Account Dashboard and then click into Add New Product and then add the license into the box specified in the screenshot.

Thanks, but my account doesn’t give me an option to add a product? See attached screenshot. What am I missing?

To get that, you need to click on Add New Product just under the existing license marked in the screenshot.
