Need help with Dynamic Headline

I am using the header builder with dynamic content to make the title. But the problem I am facing is this:

I want to set the headline towards right side, and also don’t need to cover the gear picture. For this I am using this:

But when I try to increase the width above 34%, the headline goes out of the viewport on mobile, here is the SS:

So can you guys help me how to fix this, 34% looks good in mobile devices but not looking good in desktop as it is going too much left.
