Dear Sir/Mdm,
My Nav bar is too thick now that it covers a large section of my page. How do I make sure that the Nav bar’s height is independent and does not cover the 1st section of my page. It’s more obvious at the blog page.

Please navigate to the Customizer then change the width of logo to 100px:
And also change the Navbar Top Link Alignment (px) to 42:
