Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that you are using the mega menu element. I would suggest you go to the DIV element where you have added the Navigation inline element and set the DIV element flexbox directions as a column. Please have a look at the screenshot below.
If it doesn’t work for you please share the admin login details with the username and password since the reset link is not working at our end. You must share the admin credentials in the secure note.
