Need help editing Language file?

I need to access the language .pot file in order to edit it but I can’t find the file. Will you please point me in the right direction?

\wp-content\themes\pro\framework\lang\pro.pot \wp-content\themes\pro\framework\lang\x.pot \wp-content\themes\x\framework\lang\x.pot \wp-content\plugins\cornerstone\lang\cornerstone.pot
