Need help creating 2nd account to transfer my 2nd Key to

Hi, when I created my account on here I purchased 2x ThemeCo License’s for 2x websites (different), I am trying to create an entirely new account on theme.co to transfer the 2nd license too (if you look into my account now you will see the two websites) with a separate e-mail address and login from this account, however when I try to create a new account on theme.co it says to enter my purchase info which I can’t because it’s already associated with this one.

Can you please help me to set up a new account with the e-mail address I provide to you and transfer my 2nd key to it? Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! The license code in the secure note is already unlocked and ready to be transferred to a new account. Where you able to register a new APEX user using this license code? If not, please let us know so that we can delete it from your account and register it again.

no I was not able to create a NEW apex account with the key I have that is unlocked

Hi Noelia,

The purchase key in question which my colleague mentioned is used to a registration of another user already. So it seems that you managed to do that.
