NEED HELP ASAP! Embed code for Sharpspring form isn't working. Unless logged in

I created a form in sharpspring and this is the embed code below… This form shows up perfectly fine when logged in, but as soon as I log out I see the code and not the form. This is a HUGE issue for my client and we have to get it resolved ASAP.

I have provided logins in the secure notes.

The form is located on every single page at the bottom before the slideshow of the logos. It is a drop-down that says " HAVE ANY QUESTIONS"

Without logging in you get this when click on " Have any questions"

Here is the Embed code. It works just fine when you login in to the backend of wordpress. Please see your username and password.

I tried opening the page but looks like wrisadmin user us currently editing the page. Please let us know when you are done with editing.
