Need Further Assistance with Validating License

I cannot validate the pro license on our site. I’ve purged my caches and ensured the URL is correct but it is still not validating, it keeps asking for the code.

I’ve purged the cache, disabled plugins, checked the URL, reinstalled cornerstone but nothing seems to be working. When I enter the validation code it says the site’s been validated but then it goes right back to asking for validation again

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Tried trouble shooting, no luck. I’ll leave credentials in a secure note

Nevermind, just tried to validate and it suddenly worked. Not sure what changed
