I am attempting to add an order form to our company’s website. I am wanting it to be similar to

We both are completing the same service. Which form builder do I use? Contact form 7? Or is this completed with a plugin not in the X theme bundle?

How can I add the short code for the form without making it so constricted? I want it to be full width and it seems to be shoved in a small box on the page. I have it currently in a content area because it is showing up as a 404 error in the code element.

You can make use of Contact Form 7 for this but you will have to write some CSS customization to be able to achieve the form’s layout like the sample site you linked.

The site you have provided as example uses Gravity Forms so you might also want to check that form out.

It depends on the area of the container where you are trying to add the form. Please provide us with the link to the page where the form you used is so that we can check it.
