Need assistance displaying PilotPress (Ontraport) shortcodes

Hi,

Big issue here. I am using X Pro and am setting up global blocks.

These global blocks will contain merge fields.

Right now the merge fields are displaying the merge field code and not the merge field data.

Example:

[pilotpress_field name=‘First Name’]

Instead of displaying John

It displays [pilotpress_field name=‘First Name’]

This is crucial to fix for my customers, as you can imagine.

Thank you for reaching out to us. In your Global Block, add a Raw Content element and inside, paste your shortcode. If the problem persists then make sure PilotPress plugin is active.
