Need assist in creating full height opening on homepage

Hey Team!

I want to create a full height header. Something like your Sticky Demo Template, but I want to have a menu on top which is 80px of height and the rest of the screen no matter the resolution to be the slider. I am using Layers Sliders. I am attaching you a picture of the homepage as its at the moment from a 15inch full hd monitor.
