Navigation on Mobile Disappears

Hello!
For some reason my website’s navigation doesn’t open on mobile.

The image is there, but I nothing happens.

Thanks for reaching out.

I just checked and it opens on my mobile and tablet. And what do you mean by image, is it the icon? Still, it works on my tests. Please try clearing your mobile browser caches and test it again.

I updated X Theme and the menu now works.

HOWEVER

Please go here on mobile

Single Product http://nmnstaging.com/product/1936-design-t-shirt/

  1. When viewing a single product or a category page
  2. Then select any filter. On categories it’s the sort filer. On single product it’s selecting a shirt size.
  3. The drop down appears on the phone, however the store in the background of the page zooms in.
  4. After making my selection.
  5. The drop down disappears on the phone, THEN the store in the background NEVER zooms back out.

I have to manually zoom back out.

Shouldn’t the experience be that after making my selection the background store zooms back out?

Hello Michael,

I have tested the mentioned pages in my android phone. I could not replicate any issues. Could it be that you are experiencing some caching issue with your phone? Please clear your phone’s browser cache or use private browsing mode like incognito in Chrome and test your pages again.
