Navigation Modal you do not have premission to inspect this element type

I am currently building a new header for a client and have downloaded the El Rey theme for this. So far so good. But now I can edit the inline navigation, but not the modal navigation. Please help me.

Hello Caglar,

Thanks for writing in! This may happen if you have created the page with Classic elements. With the latest release of the theme, all of the Classic Elements as deactivated by default. Please go to Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Elements and make sure to enable the “All Classic” elements.
