Please note that I have six items plus the search icon on the navigation menu on my homepage. If you click on any item on the navigation menu, it displays correctly. However, if you scroll to the bottom of the homepage, hover over Start Your Project Today, and then click the arrow, notice that the navigation menu changes. Why is the navigation menu changing?

Thank you for writing in, that is because that Call to Action element (Start Your Project Today) is still link to our demo page, if you notice that button brings you to this page (http://demo.theme.co/agency/get-in-touch/) which is our demo. So yes, it has a different menu from yours.
Please open/edit your Homepage in Cornerstone, inspect that Creative CTA element and update the link.
