How do i stop the top menu section remaining static on the page when you scroll down?

Want it all to scroll down.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!

If I understand properly you want the menu bar to scroll, remove the sticky option.
If so please go to X-> Theme Option -> Header in the navbar section make it static top.
